How to use EndNote

Welcome

Welcome to UniZulu EndNote

EndNote is reference management software with features to—

  • Keep all your references and reference-related materials in a searchable personal library.

  • Synchronize your references between up to three of your personal computers, an online library, and your iOS device, through EndNote Sync. (You must be the owner and user of all three computers.)

  • Share your references with collaborators through EndNote Sync.

  • Use your references in word-processing documents to create formatted citations and bibliographies or independent reference lists.

Get started

EndNote can be used to manage your references, insert citations in Microsoft Word documents and store and annotate your PDFs. There are two major versions of EndNote: desktop EndNote and online EndNote.

  1. The EndNote desktop software stores the programme and your citation library locally on your computer.  To download the software, click the Link.
  2. Online EndNote accounts store your citation collection online, so you can log onto the web and access the account from anywhere.
