My Open Athens The library uses the Open Athens system to authenticate users authorized to access the library’s licensed electronic resources. In order to access most of the UNIZULU Library’s electronic resources – whether on campus or off campus users have to sign-in using Open Athens. To access the system, use the same credentials for signing in to your UNIZULU Email, WiFi, or Lab Access
Ebsco Discovery Service (EDS) A library e-Catalog allows you to search for items owned by a specific library, including books, AV materials, journals, and more.
Ebsco Discovery Service (EDS) Ebsco Discovery Service is an online all-inclusive search. How to search EDS 1. Enter the address: http://library.unizulu.ac.za 2. Type a search term or phrase in the “Start your Search” box 3. Select one of the options to narrow your search from the dropdown box by clicking on the: Keyword, Author, Title 4. Click search You can also do an Advanced Search where you can use your keywords and separate them by AND/OR/NOT Please contact your Faculty Librarian for further training

In this libguide you will find relevant resources and services available for law students, such as law e-books, law short loan books, law databases ect as well as trainings offered by the Law Librarian.

There are also important and useful links available that can direct you to other relevant sections. You are welcome to contact the Law Librarian for any other queries that you have have and please make sure that you attend as many library trainings/ workshops such as Know Your Library, Stay Away From Plagiurism, E-Resources ect.
