What are the Benefits of using Reference Management Tools?

Most  reference management tools (RMTs) are compatible with word processors such as Microsoft Word and Google Docs, allowing users to insert citations and automatically generate bibliographies with minimal effort.

  • Organization of References​

Users can create groups or tags to categorize their references by subject, project, or course, enabling easy retrieval and management.​

• PDF Annotation and Storage​

Many tools allow users to store full-text PDFs, highlight text, and add annotations, supporting critical reading and note-taking.​

STEPS TO DOWNLOAD ENDNOTE

  • Click on the EndNote link
  • .Choose between Mac or Windowss
  • Select V21
  • Right-click and save the licence 1st on you documents
  • Right-click and save the EN21Inst.msi file on the same location as the licence.
  • Run the EN21inst,msi file
  • Follow instructions to Install.

Make sure you close all Microsoft programs while installing Endnote.
